    Don’t worry about having to count calories or measure your food. We’ll focus on more habit-based behaviour shifts so that your nutrition plan doesn’t have to take over your entire life.     Every month you’ll have 2×20 minute Skype video coaching calls. Because your entire program is customized for you and your lifestyle, the time commitment is totally up to you. If you want to be in the gym everyday, we’ll make it happen. If you have only have 2 days to workout and you want to workout at home, we’ll make it happen.

HOW MUCH DOES VITALITY COACHING COST?

Vitality Coaching cost between $199-$349/month depending on whether you choose the 4 month or 12 option. Once you’re accepted into the program your rate will never increase, you’ll be locked in at the absolute lowest price for as long as your a client.

This includes everything you need to look better, feel better and get in the absolute best shape of your life. Your properly designed customized workout program, lifestyle based nutrition coaching and 100% access to your coach at all times – all the support, accountability and motivation you need, whenever you need it.

Remember, we don’t do generic plans. Everything is customized for you, your body and your goals. The methods and strategies we use with you have been proven on 1000+ clients over the last 10+ years.

HOW LONG DOES THE VITALITY COACHING EXPERIENCE LAST?

In order to get the best results possible, we have a minimum 4 month commitment but most people go with the 12 month option because they’re serious about wanting to finally look and feel better. Remember, this isn’t a “quick fix” and we’re playing the long game here. Life long results don’t happen overnight and anything worth having takes time.

After your initial 4 or 12 months we’ll continue to coach you for as long as you want, at the same rate as when you signed up. Our clients come to enjoy having the support and guidance from someone they know they can trust so many clients end up staying for 2-3 years or more!
