When you’re eating according to our MacroSync nutrition principles, there’s a couple types of food that are very easy to modify to fit into your nutrition plan, whether it’s a “post-workout” meal or an “anytime” meal.
You’ve got Asian food like Vietnamese, Thai, Laotian – my favourites.
The other is Mexican food.
With a couple modifications, it’s pretty simple to make Mexican meals fit into your nutrition plan. Things like fajitas, burritos, tacos can all be added to your meal plan very easily.
